Chinese two-wheeler manufacturer Wuxi Shengbao has expressed interest in establishing joint ventures in Pakistan to produce motorcycles, electric scooters and bicycles. Discussions with ICCI focused on local manufacturing, technology transfer, component localization and export opportunities. No investment agreement or production timeline has been confirmed.
